This video was created using Camtasia and generated to show contracted consultants how to redeem uber vouchers. This was designed for mobile viewing first and reduced the number of tickets inquiring how to use vouchers by 80%.

CSI's Quick Coach - Bipolar Disorder
What started as a way to help get "medical coders unstuck" quickly morphed into a full library of videos to assist medical coding employees in coding their charts.
This video was created in Vyond, and I worked closely with SME's for roughly 6 months to develop a full library of 50 videos around medical conditions and how to properly identify the condition with a chart and generate the correct ICD-10-CM code.

RISE 360 Course
This course was developed using RISE 360 for OneNote training. Designed as an introductory course for anyone new to using Microsoft OneNote.
Storyline 360 Course
This course was designed to simulate a chart coding experience for medical coders. This used multiple variables and java script to be able to grade multiple correct answers in any order. Based upon the answers chosen, the results would give feedback on the specific codes entered. Here is a gallery of the images, click the below video to view in detail.

Storyline 360 Course: Human Rights Fundamentals
I created a Human Rights Training centered around our Human Rights Policy.
I created the storyboard first, then drafted associated scripts and training content. Images 2-5, the training will automatically take the learner through each section, and the text would slide in/out from the main circle.
Slides 7-8 is a clickable interaction requiring the learner to open all tabs before proceeding.
This entire training had CC and was validated with ADA compliance.
PowerPoint Presentation-Strategic Planning
I led a strategic planning workshop for senior leaders, where I developed a comprehensive PowerPoint presentation, including detailed speaker notes and a workbook, to guide participants through the strategic planning process. The workshop was highly interactive, allowing leaders to engage in practical exercises using tools like SWOT, PESTEL, and TOWS, ultimately helping them create tailored strategic plans for their divisions. As a result, each participant left with a clear and actionable plan to implement within their teams.
